A Long Island Family Court judge ruled in favor of 50 Cent on Thursday (July 17), allowing the rapper to spend more time with his 11-year-old son.
Brett Kimmel, 50′s lawyer, told MTV News he’ll have unrestricted time with Marquise from August 3-12, but was unsure of what their plans were.
50, born Curtis Jackson, has been locked in a bitter dispute with his ex, Shaniqua Tompkins, over a house she was renting that subsequently burned down in May.
Tompkins recently ordered a restraining order against Jackson that requires him to remain on the curb when picking up or dropping off their son and prevents him from being on the same property as Tompkins at the same time.
