One of the biggest television success stories of the nineties, ‘Beverly Hills 90210′ will officially become a series after U.S. television network The CW gave it the green-light on Sunday (May 11).

With Jennie Garth reprising her role as Kellie Taylor and Lori Loughlin signed on, the network confirmed the spin-off has been picked up and will be turned into a new series.

The new show is expected to make it’s debut in U.S. Fall.
