Adam Lambert Involved In Paparazzi Smackdown?

Adam Lambert has defended himself against claims that he beat a paparazzi photographer, after the pap interrupted his day at Miami beach.

Victor Eras has filed a complaint with police claiming he was the victim of misdemeanor battery, after Lambert attacked him saying he was “knocked to the ground” and that his camera equipment was damaged.
Naturally, Lambert took to his Twitter to explain what went down:
“Battery? Nope. I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground…. It was literally harmless. If embarrassment is a crime- thats all I’m guilty of.”
The 28-year-old could face fines of up to $1000 if the complaint is turned over to the state attorney.
