Rachel Uchitel, the alleged mistress of Tiger Woods, has her sites set on the ladies of The View, after Joy Behar made a play on the nightclub hostesses name by saying, “Uchitel she’s a hooker.”  Read on to hear what her lawyer had to say about it.

“This statement about Ms. Uchitel is false and defamatory and highly offensive to her,” Gloria Allred said in a statement Thursday night (December 10).  Rachel is very upset by that statement which has been viewed and now read all around the world.”

She added, “This statement was very hurtful to Rachel because it is not true.  Even if the host said it in a joking way Rachel is not amused, because she values her reputation and her reputation has been damaged by this statement as it is completely false.”

Allred said she’s demanding a retraction from The View and says, “We hope they will do the right thing.”
