Alyssa Milano Puts Stop To Stalker

Alyssa Milano is seeking a temporary restraining order against a man who has displayed “increasingly harassing, stalking and threatening conduct” towards her.

A declaration filed in court says the Northern California man is “an obsessed and mentally unstable celebrity stalker fan” and has repeatedly shown up at the home of the ‘Charmed’ star.

The documents also state the man attempted to gain access to her property by evading security and accuses him of “obsessively” contacting her.

Milano has requested protection for her family, with a hearing set down for January 21, 2009.
