





British singer Amy Winehouse agreed to be arrested in London on Monday (December 18) as part of the ongoing case against her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, in which he is chraged with perverting the course of justice.
Fielder-Civil was arrested on November 8 for allegedly attempting to pay off a witness to manipulate their testimony at a trial for his 2006 assault charge.
A spokesperson for London’s Metropolitan Police said, "A 24-year-old woman has been arrested by appointment at an East London police station in connection with an investigation into perverting the course of justice."
Winehouse was released later in the day pending "further investigation" according to TMZ, which states she is due back in March for more questioning.
