It’s rare to read an article on Amy Winehouse that doesn’t describe her as ‘troubled’ these days – and that’s set to continue, following news that the singer has been admitted to a London hospital.According to Tracy Miller, Winehouse’s U.S. publicist, the ‘Rehab’ singer checked in on Monday (July 28).
“Amy Winehouse suffered a reaction to medication at home this evening, and was taken to the hospital,” Miller said.
“Doctors have advised that she will be kept under observation overnight and is likely to be released tomorrow.”
Her U.K publicist, Chris Goodman, added that she was taken to University College Hospital by ambulance, however, neither rep has named the drug involved in the complication.
