Ashton Kutcher has jumped on Twitter to rip Star magazine a new one, over a story they published alleging that he cheated on wife of five years, Demi Moore.
“I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees,” Kutcher tweeted.
“STAR magazine — you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.”
Moore, 47, was quick to back up her man, tweeting, “Excellent point my love!” in response.
The tabloid magazine claims that Kutcher, 32, was kissing an unidentified blonde outside a restroom at hip Los Angeles Italian restaurant, Madeo.
An “unnamed source” apparently witnessed the alleged liaison.
Kutcher and Moore will celebrate five years of marriage on September 24 – and when his wife if this hot (Moore tweeted this pic August 15), why would he look elsewhere?!

Her looks has nothing to do with him cheating. It is the thrill of the hunt.

I agree, if only looks mattered, why did Tiger cheat on his wife who is good-looking, with some of those he cheated with, la couple looked skanky.

I agree with all of the above, but in all fairness, we are human beings and the idea that we, as a society, need to hang a man or a woman for having liasons with other people is not only ridiculous but also hypocritical. We must not loose sight that to love and truly care for a particular person, does not preclude us from feeling atracted to other people and having sex with that person. It's been happening since caveman times.
