Ashton Kutcher’s lawyer has come to the defense of his star client, calling Star magazine’s recent article accusing the actor of cheating on his wife an “absolute lie”.

Marty Singer told Access Hollywood that the celebrity couple are “demanding Star issue a retraction and an apology,” however, the mag is standing by their story that Kutcher was at Madeao restaurant in July kissing a mystery lady.

Singer added that if Star magazine failed to retract the story, “we will evaluate all of our legal options at that time.”
