Beyonce and Jay-Z File Marriage License

Despite not officially annoucing their nuptials, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z lodged a signed wedding license last Friday (April 18) according to a New York official.
People.com confirmed the news after speaking with Donna Conkling, the Scarsdale Town Clerk, who revealed the license was filed with a wedding date of April 4.
Despite the license being filed more than 5 days after their wedding, which is a regulation by law, Conkling said that a penalty won’t be charged as these are often waived.
