The Black Eyed Peas held a press conference on Wednesday (July 8) while visiting Malta, with frontman Will.I.Am confirming that a tribute album “is gonna happen,” and discussed recent accusations of plagiarism saying, “It was a lack of finalizing legalities before releasing the record, clearance was not done and that was what it was about.”

The group are being accused of ripping off Mancry by Freeland in a song called Party All The Time from their new album The E.N.D.
