Britney Spears has failed to regain custody of her two children from ex-husband Kevin Federline, after she appeared at a court hearing on Wednesday (January 23), only to leave a short time later without setting a foot inside the law office.
Spears arrived at court at the scheduled time before promptly changing her mind about appearing, leaving approximately 30 minutes later.
Alan Parachini, a court spokesman, told the waiting media that Commissioner Scott Gordon, who is overseeing the case, made no change to the custody arrangement, which currently gives Federline sole custody their two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston. At this point, Spears has no custody and no visition rights.
TMZ.com is also reporting that despite making a request on January 2 (2008) to resign from her case, Spears’ attorney’s, Trope and Trope, have decided to stay on as her lawyers.
