Britney Spears has been granted permission to visit her two sons again, Kevin Federline’s attorney confirmed on Friday (February 22), on the provision that all visits take place in a "therapeutic setting", and that Spears’ father and her psychiatrist are also present.
Mark Vincent Kaplan said in a statement that Commissioner Scott Gordon had signed off on an agreement between Spears and Federline, which modifies the court order that originally prevented the popstar from seeing her sons in any capacity.
According to TMZ, the deal has taken more than a week to finalize, and will allow Spears to visit Jayden James and Sean Preston on a regular basis, provided her father Jamie, who is also controlling her business and financial interests at the moment, and a psychiatrist are present.
