Reports that Britney Spears is set to cancel her upcoming tour are false, according to a statement posted on her official website Monday (February 2).
Rumors of a cancelation surfaced after lawyers for ex-husband Kevin Federline allegedly tried to block an agreement between the pair, which would allow Spears to take their sons on the road.
“Britney is so excited to kick off her tour,” a statement on her website says.
“She has been enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again.
“Both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour.”

It’s good that Britney and Kevin and everyone concerned
have worked out an agreement.
Ideally, she probably should have scheduled a short
mini tour. Then she could be with her sons more.
