Britney Spears’ Dad Testifies For Restraining Order

Britney Spears’ father Jamie spent Monday afternoon (Feb 23) in a Los Angeles courtroom testifying why he feels a long-term restraining order should be in force against Sam Lutif, Adnan Ghalib and attorney Jon Eardley.

Mr. Spears is alleging that the three men have attempted to interfere with the restraining order currently in place, which prevents them from interacting with his daughter, and claims they have sought to replace her court-appointed attorney.

According to The Associated Press, Spears’ dad was permitted to testify in the case early due to traveling commitments, however, Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb will delay his ruling until at least Wednesday.
