After several failed attempts and numerous brief appearances, Britney Spears has finally fronted up to the offices of her ex-husband’s attorney for a deposition hearing, staying for nearly two and a half hours to answer questions relating to her ongoing custody battle with Kevin Federline.
Spears showed up at the offices of Mark Vincent Kaplan on Monday (January 21), with Spears’ attorney’s, Sorrell Trope and Tara Scott, telling TMZ that the popstar was "in good spirits".
The 26-year-old is fighting for the custody of her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, after Commissioner Scott Gordon awarded "sole legal custody and sole physical custody of the minor children" to Federlne, following Spears’ highly publicised hospitalisation on Friday January 4.
No information about the testimony has been released at this time, with unconfirmed reports that the deposition will be held over two days.
