Britney Spears Being Sued By Former Manager

Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lutfi filed a lawsuit against the singer and her parents on Tuesday (February 3), accusing them of libel, defamation, battery, emotional distress and breach of contract.
Lutfi was constantly by Spears’ side throughout her breakdown, but has since been removed from her life with a restraining order requested by her conservators.
According to documents filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Lutfi is seeking unspecified damages and claims Spears’ father punched him, while her mother slandered him in her book.
No comment from the Spears camp has been made about the lawsuit at the time of writing.
