Mueller, 32, has been undergoing treatment since her Christmas Day domestic dispute with husband Charlie Sheen, 44.

The Two and a Half Men star also entered rehab in Los Angeles last week.

Sheen’s parents, Martin and Janet Sheen, have been helping to take care of the couple’s 11-month-old twins Bob and Max, while  Mueller’s parents, Moira and Jon Fiore, are reportedly due to fly in from Palm Beach to help this week out.

“Brooke did much better in rehab under a confidential setting,” Galanter told People.

“Her interaction with the children has been great and her overall recovery is very good. Being with the kids has been amazing for her. And now that they are in their own home, Brooke intends to be the best mother possible.”
