Cameron Diaz Thanks Fans Following Dad’s Death

Cameron Diaz has released a statement thanking fans for "the outpouring of love and support" following the death of her father, Emilio Diaz, on Monday (April 14).
The 58-year-old died unexpectedly after developing the flu recently which then turned into pneumonia.
Diaz issued a statement on Wednesday saying:
"My mom, sister and I are deeply appreciative of the overwhelming outpouring of love and support during this difficult time for us and all of our family."
"My dad was loved by so many people and his humor and spirit will always live on in our hearts."
