Capri Anderson has delayed her lawsuit against Charlie Sheen, after he claimed she “fabricated a sensational tale… as a basis for an extortion plot,” while her lawyer claims she’s attained “a certain level of empowerment” from the situation.
Keith Davidson, acting on behalf of the porn star, said in a statement that the decision to not file her lawsuit at this time “is separate and apart from any consideration of Mr. Sheen’s ludicrous lawsuit against her.”
“Ms. Walsh has thus, and for the time being, opted to consult the New York City authorities regarding the events of October 26, 2010,” he added.
Anderson and the Two and a Half Men star are involved in a he-said-she-said on what actually transpired between them in a New York City hotel room last month.
“Through the process [Anderson] has experienced the natural emotions of many domestic violence victims, that of fear, anxiety and ultimately, a certain level of empowerment,” Davidson said.
