At first glance we thought, “Here we go again,” but it seems that Lindsay Lohan has been the victim of a false alarm after her monitoring device went off, despite the actress being under house arrest.

“Lindsay’s electronic monitoring system went off on Monday,” Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay’s attorney, said in a statement. “When a representative from the monitoring company went to her home, the representative found Lindsay there. The equipment was replaced the following day.” (more…)

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon welcomed their twins into the world at 12:07pm Los Angeles time on Saturday (April 30), with her rep saying the baby girl was born first (5 lbs., 3 oz.) and their son followed (5 lbs. 6 oz.).
