Celebrity Twitter Update – Oscar Edition

A host of celebrities have twittered about their evening celebrating the Oscar’s, including Demi Moore, Jane Fonda, John Mayer, Fran Drescher and Miley Cyrus.
Demi Moore and husband Ashton Kutcher didn’t attend the awards ceremony in LA, and instead hosted their own Oscar’s party.
Kutcher posted a video during the party set up, and then tweeted:

Meeting ‘Jack’ referred to the one and only Jack Nicholson, of course!
Moore added: “love that hubby was posting whole time I was hosting!” and then, “super late but a midway message! http://qik.com/video/1101663“.
Moore’s good friend Soliel Moon Frye also attended the celebrity couple’s glamorous party, tweeting, “Had a fun time watching the oscars with my hubby. Then went to a great party. Everyone was stunning! Good times. Must get up in a few hours.”
Meanwhile, Diddy posted a message on route to the Kutcher’s party: “About to go to oscars party. Come with!!!! Let’s go!!!!”
Sixteen year old Disney star Miley Cyrus, who attended the Awards wearing a stunning Zhuair Murad gown wrote: “HOME! Headache, neck ache, sneezeys& sniffles, & tired.Haha & my poor family has to listen to me complain.. might sleep soon.” – and then – “was in love with the musical medley tonight =) & was astonished Angelina didnt win =( but was very pleased with everything!! Thankful.”
Fran Drescher also enjoyed her night at the Awards, tweeting, “@ the Oscars w the boyfriend. My dogs r killing me.”
Ryan Seacrest tweeted live from the red carpet, including this gem: “Ever wonder what happens if someone has to go to the bathroom on the carpet? Theres a portapotty behind the fan stands. Now you know. – Ryan”
He added: “Oscars were fun – frieda from slumdog is stunning. Mickey wore a pic of his dog around his neck. Sad…his dog just died. – Ryan”
Jane Fonda didn’t attend the awards but posted twitter messages from her bed, writing: “Twittering from bed. Sick. Doing The View tmrw so won’t stay awake till the end, alas. I’m so rooting for Sean. “Slumdogs” a sure thing. Xx”
“Very impressed with Hugh Jackman. Only seen him in “Australia” till now. A real showman of the old school variety. #oscars”
“Well, Heath’s winning and his family accepting on his behalf made me cry #oscars #theatre”
John Mayer attended the awards on the arm of girlfriend Jennifer Aniston, and tweeted: “Soulful celebrities that know how to feed a heart and not steal- Short, Long, Berry, Kidman/Urban, Black, Rossdale/Stefani, and of course JA”.
