Chris Brown’s lawyer has issued a statement denying claims that one of his bodyguards assaulted a photographer, after the lensman filed a lawsuit against the singer.
According to the suit, Robert Rosen claims that Brown’s bodyguard “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him,” after he snapped a photo of the 20-year-old during a basketball game in March.
However, Mark Geragos issued the following statement regarding the lawsuit:
“This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this.”
