Chris Brown Facing More Than 4 Years Jail

Chris Brown was charged on Thursday (March 5) with two felonies resulting from his alleged assault against Rihanna last month, facing up to four years and eight months in state prison if convicted.

Brown was charged with assault causing great bodily injury and making criminal threats against Robyn Fenty (Rihanna)

According to an detective’s affidavit, Rihanna read a three-page text message that Brown received from a previous girlfriend, causing an argument and a savage beating.

When handing down today’s charges, the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge told the singer, “Mr. Brown, you are ordered not to annoy harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.” 

Brown’s arraignment was postponed until April 6, at which time he faces up to 56 months in jail if convicted of both counts.

    well, i don’t think chris brown deserve all of those years in jail. Everyone know he was wrong to hit a girl…but he derserve it but thren again he don’t, im not saying that because he is my fav celb are not. :’(
    But thy were back together all ready.

    i do think chris derserve it beacuse if chris didn’t go to jial he could do the same thing over and over agian he could even kill her, so i think he needs to go to jail and learne from his mistak so he can become a better and understanding man or person.

    DAMNNNNNNNNN all the celbz r goin 2 jail TI now chris who next but he dont need 4 years thats 2long more like 1 and a half maybe but nothin we can do but im sure every 1 still loves chris brizy just as much as b4 well maybe but oh well its over now
