Chris Klein Formally Charged Over DUI Bust

American Pie star Chris Klein may be in rehab, but his lawyer was hard at work on Monday (June 28), as the actor was formally charged for his recent DUI bust.

If he’s convicted on July 9 of the two misdemeanor counts, Klein could face up to a year in jail, as this is his second driving under the influence arrest in 5 years.
