No Court Appearance For Lindsay Lohan

March 16th, 2009

Following an arrest warrant being issued on Friday (March 13) for Lindsay Lohan over her 2007 car crash and DUI, her lawyer says it’s a mistake and she won’t make an appearance in court on Monday.

Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley will represent the actress in a Los Angeles courtroom, telling The Associated Press that the warrant is a misunderstanding and should be cleared.

According to a spokeswoman for the district attorney’s office, the warrant has something to do with her probation, however, no further details have been forthcoming.

Lohan’s 2007 arrest resulted in her spending 84 minutes in jail and came with three years probation after she pleaded guilty to being under the influence of cocaine, two counts of DUI registering .08 and was also charged with reckless driving.
