Crack Allegations: Amy Winehouse Not In Rehab

January 22nd, 2008

Video footage and photos of Amy Winehouse allegedly smoking crack
cocaine have shown up online, just as rumors have begun to circulate
that Winehouse has entered a rehabilitation facility – and although no
official comment has been released about the video, Winehouse’s rep has
confirmed that the troubled singer has not entered rehab.

British newspaper The Sun published an online story claiming that
Winehouse had entered the Edward House private rehabilitation clinic.

"Amy is not in rehab," her rep tells People magazine.

"She was seeing a doctor who she regularly sees as part of her ongoing
treatment. It was a regular appointment which she attends all the time.
She has not checked in overnight."

The alleged video of the troubled singer, who’s husband Blake
Fielder-Civil is currently in jail, quickly spread online after it was
first uploaded on Sunday.
