Gary Dourdan who plays Warrick Brown on TV’s CSI,  was involved in a fight with a rookie camerman from celebrity website TMZ outside of a Hollywood nightclub on Wednesday night.

According to TMZ, the actor "violently grabbed our photog outside Hyde, who the actor had mistaken for another guy, and slammed him to the pavement several times, sending his head bouncing into concrete over and over again – all while his camera continued to roll." 

On the video Dourdan can be heard saying, "Please get that f**kin’ camera out of my face," and "Are you the guy that at the club?".

Other photographers can be heard repeatedly shouting "Gary! Gary!" in an attempt to calm the CSI star down after the camera had been placed on the ground.

A spokesperson for Dourdan told E! News that, "Gary has always been respectful of the media and the paparazzi but also values his privacy.  It’s our belief that this is a minor incident exaggerated by an eager paparazzo in order to create a story."
