Dane Cook has come under fire from neighbors at his Los Angeles apartment, for allegedly not cleaning up his dog’s poop, prompting them to send the comedian notices warning him of a potential eviction.

One of the resident’s in his apartment complex has filed a complaint against him in court, with an unnamed ‘source’ telling the New York Post’s Page Six gossip column that, "They’ve sent him three notices so far over the past year warning him he’ll be evicted, and they have video. They neighbors all hate him."

According to Cook’s representative, Ina Treciokas, the complaints are totally bogus.

"Dane vigorously denies the allegations in the complaint, and is looking forward to complete vindication through the legal proceedings," Treciokas said.
