David Beckham Opens World Of Sport

David Beckham is launching his own soccer centre called The David Beckham World Of Sport in Brazil, with the soccer star stating that this is “the first in a series of unique professional quality sporting experiences”.
In a press release posted on Beckham’s official website, the center is set to have eight soccer pitches catering for professionals and amateurs along with a scholarship programme for Brazilian children.
Speaking at the launch on the weekend, Beckham said, “I am honoured to be associated with this incredible project, which will build world class sporting facilities in Brazil, hopefully having a major impact at a local level and internationally.
“I am incredibly proud of the word my Academies do both in London and Los Angeles and I am happy Brazilian children will benefit from access to the top class facilities and coaching at this resort.”
