David Spade has welcomed his first child with his first daughter born to a ex-girlfriend Jillian Grace on August 26, his rep has confirmed.

The ‘Rules of Engagement’ star admitted earlier this year that he had a brief relationship with the Playboy Playmate and agreed to accept responsibility should the child be his.

“David and Jillian have been in close contact throughout her pregnancy and he plans to go see the baby during his first break from shooting ‘Rules of Engagement,’ ” his rep, Meredith O’Sullivan, told People.com.
