Lindsay Lohan’s legal eagles went to court on Wednesday (August 18) in attempt to get the actresses rehab stint shortened, however, according to Shawn Chapman Holley a final decision has yet to be made.
TMZ reports “it’s almost certain Lindsay will not stay at UCLA for the full 90 days,” after Holley met with Judge Elden Fox to present letters from doctors at the facility.
According to the site, the letters state that Lohan’s condition is far less serious than originally thought when the case was presided over by Judge Marsha Revel.
The 26-year-old was sentenced to 90 days in jail, but was released after just 14 days due to overcrowding, followed by 3 months in a rehab facility.
