CNN’s Anderson Cooper has created a mild controversy during his guest appearance on the U.S. morning tv show ‘Regis and Kelly,’ after he took a shot at the reality show ‘Living Lohan,’ with Dina Lohan slamming his comments calling them “cruel.”

The series follows 14-year-old Ali and her mother as she attempts to record an album and make it as a singer.

Cooper, calls the wannabe pop star, “a 14-year-old girl, looks to be about 60… she allegedly wants to be a singer and or actor-slash-performer of some sort, striptease person, i don’t know.”

Lohan responded to the segment telling OK!, “People are just cruel! This is bad karma for him.”
