Burlesque star Dita Von Teese has successfully sued a London company after they failed to pay her for a six performances during a recent trade show, and then attempted to re-book her for another show

Von Teese filed the lawsuit against Erotica Limited on March 13, stating that the company owed her GBP12,500, being half of the performance fee she was owed. The company promptly paid the dancer the very next day.

Keith Fink, Teese’s lawyer, explained, "They paid up, you can call that a win. They never gave a reason why they weren’t paying. They were certainly happy with her, they wanted to book her again this year." 

The lawsuit has since been dismissed following the payment.
