Dixie Chick Having A Baby

Martie Maguire, one third of the popular all-girl country band the Dixie Chicks, has confirmed that she is expecting baby number three with husband Gareth.

Revealing the news to People.com while on the red carpet of the Nobelity Artists and Filmakers Dinner in Austin, Texas on Sunday, Maguire said, "I’m very excited. We know what it is – it’s a girl."

Baby number three will join the couple’s twin daughters, Kathleen Emilie and Eva Ruth, who were born in 2004.

"Carrying one instead of two will be much easier," Maquire joked.
