DMX Violates Probation, Goes Back To Jail

DMX wound up back in the slammer Tuesday (March 9), after admitting to his probation officer that he’s been taking cocaine and disobeying his parole conditions.

This is just another to add to the ever increasing list of offenses the once respected rapper has to his name, including theft, animal cruelty and drug possession.

His lawyer, Gary Jenkins, tells TMZ, “He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment. We’re hoping that Dr. Drew may be able to help him out.”
