Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson has signed on to be the new face of cosmetic giant Revlon, and will feature in their international advertising campaigns.

Macpherson, once dubbed ‘The Body’, will become the global brand ambassador and will promote breast cancer research and women’s counselling services on behalf of Revlon.

"Revlon is an iconic brand, bringing high quality products to women around the world, and is complementary to my values,” Macpherson said.

“I am proud to join Revlon in its celebration of women and in its long term commitment and support for education and research to advance women’s health, and particularly to fight women’s cancers.”

Macpherson will join other Hollywood stars, Halle Berry and Jessica Alba, as faces of the cosmetic company.
