Eminem Tops Chart With Relapse

Eminem’s new album Relapse has debuted in the number one spot on the US charts, selling 608,000 copies in it’s first week and making it his fifth straight album to debut at the top.

According to Billboard, Eminem has now sold 34 millon albums over his career, making him the biggest hip-hop act of the SoundScan era, which began in 1991.

Relapse had the largest sales week for this year to date, with only AC/DC’s Black Ice from October last year selling more at 784,000 copies.
