Familiar Face Returning To 90210′s Peach Pit

Joe E. Tata, mostly remembered for his role of Nat the owner of the Peach Pit on the hit tv show ‘Beverly Hills 90210′, is still running the diner in the new spin-off currently in production.

Although uncertain if his character will remain on the show long-term, Tata told The Associated Press, “The coin’s in the air for me.  I guess it comes under the heading of magic test:  Let’s see if the audience still remembers me.”

Tata was with original show when it debuted in 1990 and will join his old co-stars Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling in reprising their characters on the new show.

’90210′ is set to debut on September 2 on The CW in the U.S.
