A fresh sex tape scandal has embroiled jailbird Paris Hilton, after footage of the heiress bathing has wound up on the internet, despite Hilton’s attempts to stop its distribution earlier this year.

In the video, Hilton is seen in the bath naked, and then stands to wash herself with a shower head. An unnamed cameraman can be heard joking,"If you were with us before, this is issue number three of the Paris Hilton sex tape."

The tape was originally kept in a storage vault, until Hilton forgot to pay the rent, resulting in the owners of the facility auctioning off it’s contents.

When a website then tried to sell copies of the new tape along with some of Hilton’s other private possessions earlier this year, she sought an injunction and won.

However, The video has now found it’s way onto YouTube and other pay-per-view adult video sites.

At time of writing, no comment had been released from Hilton’s representatives.
