Lisa Kudrow, who played the lovable Phoebe Buffat on Friends for ten seasons, has revealed that a reunion of the hit tv show is unlikely as the producers aren’t keen on it happening.
With the massively successful transition of tv favorite Sex and the City to the big screen, fans have been screaming out for a Friends movie since the show went off the air in 2004
According to the 46-year-old actress, it “doesn’t look likely” that they’ll meet back at Central Perk anytime soon, but tells Us Magazine it’s not the cast that’s preventing the project from going forward.
“I guess they don’t think it’s a good idea,” she says of series creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane. “It would be fun, but I don’t know. How? Why? Really?”
