Gatorade Dumps Tiger Woods As Alleged Intimate Photos Emerge

One of Tiger Woods’ many mistresses may have leaked intimate photos of the star golf player, with Playgirl magazine confirming that they’ve been offered the naked pics – but they’ve yet to make a decision about publishing them. Meanwhile, Gatorade has become the first corporate sponsor to dump Woods amidst the recent scandal.
Playgirl‘s rep Daniel Nardicio confirmed to Life & Style magazine that the online magazine has received photos that appear to show Woods sans clothing.
“We’re currently trying to authenticate the photos before we make any decisions on purchasing the Tiger Woods pics and ascertaining the value,” Nardicio tells Life & Style.
As stories of even more affairs emerge, Woods’ sponsor Gatorade has announced that it will end its professional relationship with the golfer.
Gatorade says the decision to drop Woods was made “months ago”, and claim that it has nothing to do with recent events.
In an official statement released Tuesday (December 8), the company said:
“We decided several months ago to discontinue Gatorade Tiger Focus along with some other products to make room for our planned series of innovative products in 2010. We hope to share more about our 2010 plans soon.”
