Gossip Girl Star And Husband Ordered To Court

Pregnant ‘Gossip Girl’ star Kelly Rutherford and her estranged husband Daniel Giersch appeared in a Californian court Wednesday (January 21), to discuss their split and the travel arrangements of their 2-year-old son Hermes.
The couple’s messy divorce has been making gossip column headlines for the past fortnight, with claims from both sides of verbal and physical confrontations.
Rutherford, who plays Lily Van der Woodsen on the hit series, is seeking to take their son to New York, however, Giersch claims he has been the primary caretaker during her busy filming schedule.
“I have been extremely concerned about our son living in a hotel and a New York lifestyle,” Giersch said earlier this month. “And this has been one of the main reasons, if not the reason for the ending of (Rutherford’s) and my marriage.”
Both have been ordered to return to court Thursday and will take the stand.
