Another Gossip Girl Star Recording An Album

‘Gossip Girl’ star Taylor Momsen has revealed that she is the second Upper East Sider to take on the music biz, telling Teen Vogue that she is working on a new album with her band.
Leighton Meester revealed in September last year (2208) that she is in the process of recording an album and now Momsen, who plays Jenny Humphrey on the hit series, has jumped on the bandwagon.
“I definitely want to continue doing what I love,” the 15-year-old explained. “I’m also a musician and singer, and I write music. That’s a huge passion of mine. Huge, huge!”
She adds, “I’m currently working on an album with my band, so I would love to do something with that. That would be the next big thing I’d like to accomplish.”
