Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford gave birth to a baby girl on Monday night in Los Angeles, her rep has confirmed.

Rutherford, who plays Lily Van Der Woodsen-Bass on the hit series, welcomed Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch at 9:20pm, weighing 8 lbs., 9 oz., at 9:20pm

The 40-year-old actress recently filed for divorce from husband Daniel Giersch and is currently fighting for custody of their two-year-old son Hermes.
