Heather Locklear Arrested For DUI In California

Former ‘Melrose Place’ star Heather Locklear was arrested on Saturday (September 27) on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication.

The California Highway Patrol approached the 47-year-old actress after they noticed her car parked on a state highway blocking a lane in Montecito, following an earlier report from a resident that she was driving erratically.

Spokesman Tom Marshall told The Associated Press, “In talking with her, (the officer) determines that she seems to be under the influence of something.”

Locklear, who was clinically treated for anxiety and depression earlier this year, was taken to the police station and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication and later released.

      Even though she’s 47, she’s still a hottie. I wouldn’t write her off yet even though she’s getting DUI’s and going into rehab. She just needs to find a good job.
