MTV announced a bunch of new shows on Tuesday (June 23), one of which included Oscar winner Jamie Foxx, who’ll be producing a new sketch comedy show for the music network.
Foxx will take the executive producer’s chair for the new series, which MTV says will be “the next generation of In Living Color,” the show that made the actor famous.
Additionally, the network announced another seven productions that have been greenlit, with a statement saying, “MTV is always evolving, and we are spreading our creative wings even further with this slate. From animation, to scripted, to comedy, as always, MTV is a home for talent to give life to their vision behind the camera, as well as in front of it.”
