Janet Jackson Fuels Engagement Rumors

Janet Jackson has fuelled rumors of her impending and much-hyped marriage to long-time partner Jermaine Dupri, by refusing to deny reports that she was shopping for a wedding dress.
The couple have often downplayed talk of a wedding, with Dupri recently telling Usmagazine.com that they’re more interested in Janet’s new album, which is out next week, rather than a walk down the aisle.
"We’re just excited about this new album coming out, and that’s what’s going on," he said.
Page Six of the New York Post stated on Thursday (February 21) that Jackson "has remained mum on her engagement", and quoted an unnamed source as saying that she is "preparing for her private nuptials".
The article went on to report that the 41-year-old singer was spied asking for bridal gown samples at Badgley Mischka – and when Usmagazine.com questioned Jackson about it, she responded simply, "Let the rumors fly!"
