Jennifer Hudson Hosting Her Own Christmas Special

We know that it’s still a couple of months until Christmas, but the television networks are busy planning their festive specials, with ABC announcing that Jennifer Hudson will host her own yuletide show.
Called Jennifer Hudson: I’ll Be Home For Christmas, the special will be shot in the singer’s home town of Chicago and will feature musical performances at various locations that Hudson used to perform and study.
“I am thrilled that Jennifer chose ABC to be the home for her very first holiday special,” said a spokesperson for the network. “I can’t wait to hear her take on Christmas classics as we discover what she loves about her hometown of Chicago.”
