Jennifer Lopez Gives Birth To Twins

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony welcomed twins early on Friday (February 21) morning, with Lopez’ representative confirming that she gave birth to a boy and girl in Long Island, New York.

The babies were born shortly after midnight, with the girl born at 12:12am weighing 5 pounds 7 ounces, and the boy delivered at 12:23am weighing 6 pounds.

In a statement released to People.com – who have the rights to the first run photos of the new babies – the rep confirmed, "Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon."

No names of the babies have been released at the time of reporting.
